How to authenticate based on MAC address.

I have around 3000 desktops/laptops are on the network. while enabling security got strucked @ enabling MAC address security on perticular switch portand can not use same system in any place in my network. I am looking for a solution where I can maintain a server with MAC addresses and only those MAC address based systems can authenticate any where in my network. No other MAC address should authenticate in the network.
