How to autorun a program at safe mode startup ???

Hello everybody, I have a question that I have indeed searched for an answer and came up dry.

I am attempting to use a program called “ITALC” to gain access over 10-20 PC’s at once, taking control over them one at a time to start spyware scans, etc.

Problem is, some scans need to be done in safe mode, and although the program runs fine in safe mode, it needs to run at system boot, cause these machines are on a shelf with no monitors attached…

Is there a way to make windows start a program at system boot in safe mode?
