How to avoid chnging psswrd on wrksttion

I have a unique problem. When a user changes his/her password on the network,
which runs with Netware client, he or she has to change his/her password on the NT
workstation also. We want to have only single password change (i.e. only on the
network). How can we do it? waiting for your reply. thanks, moon
