How to BACKUP???

Hey! bros… got a problem here. I have a laptop and it cannot start windows (system corrupted). The problem is I want to transfer my files (over 200mb) from laptop to pc b4 reformatting the system. The laptop has no cdwriter but has a network adapter. I cannot use laplink cable becoz it needs “direct cable connection” application which runs on windows environment. My laptop’s OS is Win98 (which cannot start) and the PC where I would like to copy files to is WinXP. Any suggestions pls… THANKS!!!
