How to be a Authorized Dealer for Compu Products

I have been in Computer Hardware-Networking Field since last 6-7 years.
So, I have decided that apart from Service i should go for Sales and Support.

Personally i like to prefer Branded Items..
But the problem is that though i was under IT Field i m totally unaware on Sales Side.

So can any one guide that how do i become an Authorized Dealer / Seller of Branded PC’s like (HCL, IBM, HP-Compaq, Dell, etc., etc) and related peripherals.
