How to block an incoming number in Cisco Callmanager version 7?

I have been given the task to research how to block an incoming phone number from a telemarketer calling in on our System, We have a Cisco Callmanager Vs 7, I had done much research on this and have not been able to find a way of doing this, if it is possible?
