how to block chat part of yahoo and gmail accounts, plese help

hi
i want to block chat/messeges which is integrated in the gmail and yahoo accounts.
i m using ISA 2006 on server 2003,it is a domain envoirment.
Any solution or idea to block the only chat part of the mail accounts.

i am in trouble ,please help
