?How to block p2p traffic with a router Cisco 851?

We need to block p2p traffic (Ares,BearShare,eDonkey,etc) and video streaming (Youtube,etc), to some hosts, Can I spicify this policy for just some users?

I think that is using QoS but I don’t have the specific commands.

Pleaste tell me how.
