How to boot IBM 232 with no RAID disks configured

I am trying to reconfigure an IBM eServer 232. During the procoess of reconfiguring the RAID disks I experienced a power outage. This was just at the time while I was using the RAID manager. Now the system has no RAID disks configured and all the install software cannot find any disks. How can I get the server to boot and run from a CD so I can then use the RAID manager to configure the disks?
