how to change the port number of tomcat from 8080 to 8081

i am working windows xp operating system. i installed apache tomcat webserver with port number 8080 but iam not installed oracle at that moment. now i want install oracle database with port number 8080 and want to change the port number of apache tomcat to 8081 without any problem. how can i?
