How to close an application automatically after its successfull execution

How can I automatically close the execution of the exe running after it has performed its execution successfully For example, the gvwgs32.exe which is the part of “ghost script” software has finished its printing function successfully but it do not close automatically after performing its function and have to click on (x) button to close it. now i want to close it automatically without user interaction, how can i do this?
