How to configure IIS Server to Authenticate users on Open LDAP Server

I currently have a situation where an Intranet site hosted on IIS6 Server needs to authenticate users on an Apple Server running Open LDAP. The Users do not exist on in Active Directory on the Windows server.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to as to how this needs to be configured on the IIS server.
