How to configure static NAT addesses for a site-to-site VPN

I have two remote sites connected with cisco routers,how do I configure the routers so that all the hosts on site one can access resources from site 2 and vice versa.Also how do I set up nat so that some of the servers can have real ip for such things as mail and web hosting.Assuming I have real ips from the ISP.
