How to connect Cate5 (RJ45) Cable to a f

Hope this is the write place to post.. Anyways

I got 2 faceplates and some Cat5 cable, and my dad is doing the underhouse stuff and im connecting them.

Anyways i got no clue whate so ever, and all the links and guides… Damn you need to be a University graduate and have an IQ of 180+
