How to connect two window server 2003 as PDC and ADC

i have two window 2003 server and i want that i can use one server as PDC and other as ADC so that whenever PDC can’t work the work automatically shift to ADC Can any body tell me the detail procedure to connect 2 window 2003 server as PDC and ADC please give me the detail procedure
