How to connect VB.Net 2005 with SQL Server 2000 in Windows Vista

How to connect VB.Net 2005 with SQL Server 2000 in Windows Vista ???i am asking this question because i faced this problem….the same code which i am using in windows xp works 100% but when the same code i apply in windows vista ultimate it gives the login error, why ??

please do tell me i’ll send the code on demand…..thanks n waiting for reply….
