How to Copy Administartor’s Profile to New User…..

by rajsdoshi . Updated 17 years, 5 months ago

(Since I got the Computer I use the Admisnistrators account everyday but was advised strongly not to do that. So..)

I created a new user called BLUE which is a Member-Of Administrators and Users.

Question: Instead of using Administrators, I should use BLUE everyday right??

Now, I want BLUE to have the same layout as ADMISTRATORS.

Question 2: How do I copy the ADMINISTRATORS profile to or into BLUE’s profile ??

If possible, can someone give me a link to a Dummy’s Guide for this or give me a Gentle Introduction to do this ???

Do I have to:
– create a 3rd User with Administrative Rights, say RED,
– Log out of ADMINISTRATORS
– Log in as RED
– Go to Control Panel/System
– Copy ADMINISTARTORS Profile to BLUE??
– Delete the User RED since I don’t need it??

(I Googled a lot, but either got confused or never could get the “Copy To” button to work.)

Thank you all.
