How To Create A Github Private Server Instance?

I have been using a SVN on my Ubuntu setup on AWS and I am thinking of switching over to Github.

I don’t want to sign up for a premium service on Github because my site is small and I’m already paying for my AWS, so how do I create a Github private instance in an Ubuntu setup?
