How to create a report of all Printed Documents (NT2003)?

I need to create a report of all printed documents on our corporate network. We use networked printers, but I don’t know how to easily create this report. I simply need

1 -Filename printed
2 – Pages Printed
3 – Computer or User that printed it

I need this log for everything printed.

Any ideas?
