How to create and manage a backup print server?

I have done some searches on TechRepublic but have found no solutions. I would like to setup 2 print servers (one as a backup) I understant the printmig utility but my question is…

Is there any provision in 2003 server to setup 2 print servers with the same printers and have the clients just see one instance of the printers so that windows routes the print request to the first availavle printer? Or is there a way to move all users to a new print server if the primary print server goes down?
