How to create two connections with one NIC card?

Does anyone can help me in creating two different network connections with one NIC card. I just want only one network to be active at a time.

I have two different networks for which i need to keep changing my laptops ip to connect. So i need a permanent solution. I prefer to create two diff connections(if possible)and one active at a time.
