How to delete the Backup job or change the media of a same job name?

How to delete the Backup job or change the media of a same job name in Windows XP PC?
If I delete the name.bkf file from Appl Data-Microsoft-Windows NT- NT Backup-Data, then can I create the same job name with diff schedule and media? Always it says, change the name. I don’t want to change. Please give me the instruction how to delete the prev job and create the new job with the same job name.
