How to Dial out for Internet access using CISCO 2611XM router

Hi Guys

I have CISCO2611XM router. I want to dial out to ISP and give the access to the whole internal network.

1) I want to configure two different networks on two Fast ethernets. (191.168.168. and 172.10.130. series)

2) I want to configure Internet dial out in the router (How to do that) and give access to all the clients.

Can somebody help me in this.
