How to disable

Please fine out how to deactivate our intranet website.

Example in my company they used to access news weblink (Ex: http://webapp.shiv.com/inetkit). Right now we want to disable the link but it should be access to inside office people like (http://exchange/inetkit). Before we used to access both these link. Please reply back to me as soon as possible.
