How to disable Share on Users folder

I have a forest, root DC is Win 2008 R2 server, other DCs are either 2008 or 2012 releases.
I’m facing problem that all computers at my domain their Users folder showing shared, example, when search for \\wael-lt, you will get Users with shared icon.
what cause this problem, and how to resolve it.
I remember before that such share was not there, I think it’s something to do with group policy
