I recently ordered a CPU, fan & heatsink from an online vendor. Problem is, all I received was the fan & heatsink – NO CPU!!! I’ve contacted the vendor and they said it was in the original shipment and that I have to dispute this with UPS. I knowfind that people have heard of this happening before with the same vendor. I have contacted my credit card company, UPS and the BBB – does anyone have any other suggestions? Some of you being corporate purchasing agents, you may be able to lend some insight. I am only a personal consumer, so I don’t know what (if any) power I have. Any input is greatly appreciated.
