How to distribute the IP address using IP 192.168.1.1 in the Wifi

I manage one of the computer shops but I have the problem in connecting my client in the server using IP 192.168.1.1, how can I connect my client PC in my server? I tried to configure it there is a connection but is not take longer it will down again?. I use a Wifi or wireless? I hope you can help
