How to enable more than 13 applications opened on Taskbar?

Hello, a while back I remember finding a post somewhere on the Internet where it gave you instructions on how to enable more than 13 applications to show up on the taskbar. Currently, if more then 13 apps. are opened, the taskbar creates another row that must be selected with arrows in order to access them. Does anyone know how to perform such a tweak? Thanks.
