How to find an SMS (Mobile Phone) Server

I’m looking for a Server Application, running under Linux, to provide an SMS Gateway via the Internet. I have looked nearly everywhere, but only found Apps where you need a Modem (analog/digital).

I would like to know if there’s a Version where I can send the Data via the TCP/IP-Protocol.
