How to Find Compatibility Mode Tab

Lately, I have been unable to find the Compatibilities tab when going into a desktop app. For example, I would right-click on an app, select properties, and I’d see a Security, Details, Previous Versions, General, Shortcut, and Compatibility Tab. However, since Windows 10, any time I go into properties I cannot find the Compatibilities tab (or the Shortcut tab). How do I find it?
