How to Find International Technology Jobs?

I know it looks like a question, but I would rather have it as a discussion.

I am currently a Enterprise Architect (primarily SOA and EAI) in a Fortune 50 company just to level set.

I am seriously considering trying to find a job abroad somewhere for a couple years. I would need to stick with English speaking countries and really am no longer interested in developing countries (did Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan in the past).

Does anyone know of any job sites that specialize in high end international technology jobs? Does anyone have any input on job markets for English speaking countries (Austrailia interests me)? Has anyone on here from the states taken a gig in a foreign country and how did it work out?
