How to fix address book?

Hello everyone!
A conflict has appeared when I wanted to send an email with an audio message included in the background in Outlook Express 6.00.2900.5512 with the Address Book. Since then I can’t open my emails. Neither can I open my Address Book. I get the following error:
Message failed to load the address book. Outlook Express is not configured correctly.
Can you advise something?
