How to fix error STOP: 0x0000007E (0x0000005,0x89CBD4C9,0xBA4CEC4C,0xBA48)?

I have a hp EliteBook8530w, OS microsoft windows xp professional. After running the antivirus i restart the computer to remove an infection. Ever since it reboots every time i try to used it. i cannot get in windows safe mode. I try to repair it with bootcfg /build and does not work. Anyone has an idea of how to make it work again without formating? Thank You!!
