How to formatt ‘Acer Aspire 3680’ Laptop with Cd-Rom not function.

When i start my laptop,the screen appear
‘NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart’

The cd-rom also not function, so i tried to reformatting using ‘flash disk’ via usb port but not worked also(~hang).

When i tried boot from network, resulted to
‘Operating System Not Found’.

I really need helps, so an experts…please..help!
