How to gain Remote network access with IPSEC VPN between 2 cisco routers

I need to gain access to my network from remote locations. I am using an IPSEC VPN between a Cisco RVL200 with me on remote location and a Cisco RVS4000 on the network. I have confirmed connection on both ends using LogMeIn free to a pc on the network. I need to find out how to gain access to the network drives and files along with network printers. Most of the network PCs are running Vista or Windows 7. The remote laptop is Vista also.
