How to get back to IT

I have degree in accounting. I worked in sales for 2 years, after doing a course in computers and after teaching i worked as an html developer in a web solution company for 3 years. I am in US selling cars for last 2 and half years. I want to get back to being a HTML developer and I see lot of jobs but because I dont have any experience here I am not getting anywhere. what should I do ??
