How to have two desktop shortcuts deleted automatically on startup

I have two shortcuts on my desktop that I want to delete on startup if they are present. It is my company network that keeps on adding these two shortcuts but I have no use for them. I dislike the clutter.

How do I write a program or batch file that will delete these two shortcuts automatically on startup? My computer is running Windows 7.
