How to import conatcts in windows live mail.

I was using Microsoft outlook in old computer.I purchased a new computer and it has windows live mail in it and the OS is windows 7.Now I imported my contacts from outlook to my new computer and saved it in my computer now how can I add these address in windows live mail?
