how to import data from outlook attachments to access 2007

I am using access 2007 and am creating a database where i have to import attachments received in outlook message to access. I have looked around and cannot find out how to do it. I received errors after trying to append to a table the says “property not found.” If someone knows how i can import using append to an existing table that would be great. I’m very new to access so explanations would be awesome. Thank you
