How to import Entourage 2008 emails into Outlook 2010?

Trying to migrate emails files of mac Entourage 2008 over to windows outlook 2010, and fail evey time. I have thousands of mails and cant afford to loose them.

How can I transfer all the emails along with sub-folders from entourage 2008 to outlook 2010?
