How to increase the size of ldb file in windows 2008 server

Hi,
I am using a Windows2008 server and we provide some application to customer to access all the telecom elements. most of the details fetching by MS access only.
1.When i am open a application one ldb file is created in this path “c:\ProgramData\Nokia\GCS”. After close that application that ldb file is removed automaticaly form that path.
2.Some times application are not opening fine i got a error ” journal database error” so i login to the path “c:\ProgramData\Nokia\GCS” and manually i want remove the file after that applications are working fine.
3. What i am suspecting size is not enough to make a entry in the ldb or automation is not happening.
