How to increase user connections on WS 2003?

Hello,

I have one server with Windows Server 2003 OS and many users. I want that one user could connect from many computers to server at the same time by remote desktop connection, but now, when I try to log on to server from other computers with my credentials, my session on my computer disconnecting. what to do?
