how to instal PCI adaptor in Dell computer

Hi, worked out how to open computer! But can’t work out how to remove metal slot guard before installing PCI adaptor. There seem to be blue plastic clips but can’t figure it out. Can anyone help? Dell Dimension 9200. Is there anything else I need to know?!
