how to install 2nd Internet Line

Hello,

I have been experienceing cosntant lost connection from my ISP. It has become bit unreilabe and I am looking forward to adding another ISP, but do not know what sort of hardware/software shall I look for? I currently have T-1 for my network and 2 128- ISND from Sprint that I use for Video Confrence and would like to know if I can use this and how?

Any help would be appreciated.
