How to Install ESX Server 3.5 and ESXi as a VM on VMware Server 2.0

Hi everybody, i’ve a question about instalation of vmware esxi4.0 on vmware server.
I’ve installed esxi on vmware server 2.0 but when i try to install a guest on esxi the esxi server goes down, i don’t know why,
has anybody an idea
