How to install Pectab?

I work in a small business and have never used peripherals before.
It is essential that we:Ask your printer about the Pectabs installed.
We can ask specifically if the OURs have been installed, or we can get a list.
Install Pectab Send print stream.
Is there an expected response from the printer?
As soon as someone checked it out, we had a pectab with a data file. We just need to figure out how we can get it onto the printer. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
