How to Land a job in IT with A+ and education?

Hello everyone,
I am going to Lincoln Technical Institute and studying Network Systems Administration. I will be completing the program in April 2009. I have my A+ IT technician certification. I am having a hard time finding an entry level position, like helpdesk or desktop support. All jobs require 1+ years of experience, but how can I get that experience if I can’t get the jobs because I don’t have the experience? I know the economy is not good right now, but what can I do…to get a job in IT if I have no experience? Are any Managers in the Boston, MASS area looking for a good, dedicated worker. I am very Passionate about the IT field and if you are looking for a great employee, just let me know. Thanks
