How to learn Novell Netware 4.2

I recently started a new job and part of my responsibilities include administering a novell server in a mixed NT/novell environment. I don’t know anything about Novell. I’d like to buy a book about it. Are there any you’d recommend? They’re running netware 4.2. Any advice is appreciated.
