how to manage license software in large company

Dear All techie,

I need your urgent help. I have 600-800 Pc network and we have 24 x7 support In my current orgnisation the biggest challange is manging paid licencses . We need your suggesation, advice if is there any open source or tool through which we can mange all paid products like adobe, microsoft on single dashboard with exact figure.
