How to migrate from NTto Win 2003 Server

Hi, We have a situation of a highly configured NT server to which we would like to add a Windows 2003 Standard Edition server. We would like to keep the NT for the FAX and printing services and basically use the Win 2003 server as storage space. What is the best., i.e., easiest or elegant way to integrate the new server into the existing network? Thanks
